This booking is for one full 90-minute initial herbal health consultation. During this time, we will discuss your personal and family health history, current lifestyle practices, and any health concerns or areas of focus, as well as challenges or obstacles that may be holding you back from experiencing your most balanced life possible. We will work together to determine your personal health and wellness goals, and devise a plan for your journey in obtaining those goals. After the consultation, you will receive this personalized wellness plan, which may include suggestions for diet and nutrition, lifestyle choices, and the possible addition of herbs or dietary supplements. Herbal formulas may be provided at your request for an additional cost.

Upon purchase of this consultation, you will be contacted via your provided email address within 2 business days to set up a time for your herbal consultation. Most consultations are conducted via Skype, so please be sure you have access to this program, as well as a reliable internet connection. Please plan to schedule your appointment at least one week in advance. If you are in the Asheville area and would like to set up an in-person appointment, please message first for details and options. All clients are required to fill out 2 intake forms prior to first appointment. We will go over these forms together during your consultation.
